    Thirty days, no questions

    Try them on indoors, walk a few rooms, change your mind. If the soles are unmarked we'll refund the full amount within five business days of receipt.

    Free return shipping

    Email returns@soleful.co with your order number and we'll send a prepaid label for anywhere in the EU, UK, US, Canada, and Japan.

  3. 03

    Resoling at cost

    When your soles wear thin — usually around year two for the Low, year three for the Oxford — we'll resole them for the price of materials and shipping. No labour markup, ever.

  4. 04

    Stitching & patches

    Lifted welts, frayed laces, scuffed uppers. Send them in, we'll quote a fair price before any work begins.
